SheInside dress (c/o) // Lucchese boots // Kate Spade bow belt and watch // Bourbon & Boweties shotgun shell bangle // J.Crew jeweled bracelet // Monogram necklace (similar here) // Kendra Scott earrings

I hardly EVER wear all black...but I just had to make an exception for this adorable little black dress! It's so flirty and fun, and accessorized with a bow belt, makes the perfect statement for a night out. I borrowed my mom's pair of gorgeous Lucchese boots (seriously though, her cowboy boot collection is ridiculous...major closet envy!), and added a subtle pop of color with turquoise Kendra Scott earrings. The southern belle side of me can't get enough of this outfit!

Happy Wednesday, friends! I wanted to share a few of my favorite finds from this month with you - everything from beauty products to new kicks!

One // I am definitely not about exercising. I don't like gyms, and the last time I ran was for a sale (kidding). So, in efforts to start off 2015 on a good note, I'm starting to practice yoga in my free time. I found Yoga With Adriene on YouTube, and her videos are SO GREAT! Her videos are relaxed and a go-at-your-own-pace setup, so there's absolutely no pressure. If I complete her 30 Day Challenge, I'm rewarding myself with this cute Marley Lilly monogrammed yoga mat. #treatyoself

Two // I am in love with this little thing! After reading lots of reviews, I finally splurged on a Clarisonic system. It's this device that scrubs your face free of impurities and leaves your skin feeling so fresh. I just started using it and can already tell a huge difference in my skin!

Three // Another great beauty find, the Tangle Teezer works wonders on messy hair! This brush combs out tangles without getting caught in knots and leaves your hair feeling so soft and smooth. Plus, the compact size makes it perfect for travel. I'm loving this one from Sephora too!

Four // I seriously can't get enough of Alex and Ani bangles! I have a stack of them and love mixing them up. They now have a collection with Disney too, and I just can't pick a favorite! I'm planning on getting one of the princess bangles for my stack the next time I visit the parks.

Five // After interning with Ashley Brooke Designs in college, it's safe to say I have major obsession with these sassy mugs! I mean, really. Coffee is just better when it's in a ABD mug, don't you think? I'm partial to the "I Woke Up Like This" one!

Six // My sister and I just booked our next Disney trip, and we seriously can't wait! We each got a MagicBand to wear in lieu of carrying our tickets around, and they're seriously such a lifesaver. You can link your ticket to the band and use it to reserve FastPasses via the My Disney Experience app before you go!

Seven // Along with the Clarisonic, I picked up a new face wash! The Purity cleanser from Philosophy is gentle on skin and removes dirt and makeup in one easy step. I have really sensitive skin, and so far, this has been the best face wash EVER. It doesn't dry out my skin and keeps it fresh. I use it with my Clarisonic in the mornings.

Eight // I needed a new pair of tennis shoes, and I finally splurged on a pair of Nike Free Runs! They're sooo comfy and give great support. Plus, the "Ice Blue" color is just so pretty. I can't wait to wear them to Disney!

What are some of your favorite finds from this year so far?

Ralph Lauren shirt | Lilly Pulitzer dress (similar here, but love this one too) | Kate Spade bag (similar), earrings (similar) and watch | Jessica Simpson flats | Lacoste headband (old) | J.Crew necklace (similar)

Good morning, Upper East Siders! It's National Gossip Girl Day if you weren't aware, and, as a part of a special Gossip Girl Linkup, today's post features an ensemble by my favorite Gossip Girl character.

Who is your outfit inspired by, and why did you pick them?

If you haven't noticed, I'm kind of a fan of Blair Waldorf. Okay, I'm #obsessed. So, naturally, my outfit is inspired by her! I love her preppy and colorful style. While the Constance uniforms are definitely a Blair staple, I chose a different direction for my outfit. Inspired by Blair's summer look in the Hamptons, I found my brightest Lilly dress and best headband to channel my inner Queen B.

Favorite Gossip Girl moment?

While the obvious response is Chuck and Blair's wedding (swoon), I actually loved when Blair crowned Jenny as the new queen of Constance. The jeweled headband was just the perfect combination of edgy and glam. Not to mention, the whole thing was such a power move on Blair's part. Snaps.

Who's your favorite Gossip Girl character? Tell me below!

Quarter zip pullovers are my life. Put a Lilly print monogram on it, and you have a very happy Shelby! I mean, this Gone Greek quarter zip was just a perfect match for me, don't you think? It's great for that in-between weather Florida's been having lately. It's soft, comfy and just too cute.

Sorority sisters and preppy princesses, Gone Greek has such a great selection of monogrammed goodies and Greek gifts. You can snag letters in Lilly Pulitzer and Vineyard Vines prints, which I think would be absolutely adorable for Big/Little baskets. I'm loving this embroidered monogram sweatshirt too! So many options!!

P.S. Little Marco couldn't resist jumping in for a photo! He just loves the camera!!

Valentine's Day is just around the corner, so I gathered up my favorite flirty picks for the occasion!

#TreatYoSelf to romantic accessories in shades of pink and red, like this darling Kate Spade bag and sweet phone case. Oh, and I'm totally crushing on these Kendra Scott earrings too. All pink everything, please!

I couldn't wait to break out this seersucker number! It's the perfect little spring dress that will take you from a morning at the farmer's market to an afternoon of brunch and shopping. I paired it with a floppy hat for a Kentucky Derby-inspired look, but it'd be just as cute as an Easter dress too. *sigh* I just can't wait for spring!

Nothing makes a sorority girl happier than a new pocket tee, and that's exactly how I feel about this Southern Shirt Company long sleeve! Comfy and cute, it's my new go-to for running errands and lounging around the house. Plus, the bow ties are just sooo me! I'm loving my Kimmy Boatneck and Signature Logo tee they sent over too...seriously, can't stop wearing them.

If you haven't already, be sure to check out all of Southern Shirt's tees and, as a special bonus for y'all, use code "Shelby10" for 10% off your order through the end of January!

P.S. shoutout to Wesley and the team over at Southern Shirt for sending these tees my way!

J.Crew Puffer Vest (similar), jeans and socks | Gap tee (similar) | Bean Boots (love these too!) | Blanket Scarf | Kate Spade bag (old, but love the color of this one) and watch | Kiel James Patrick bracelet | Ray-Ban sunglasses

It's finally cold enough in Florida to break out the Bean boots and blanket scarf! Win!! Even if it's only for a few days, that didn't stop me from experimenting with layers. Bean boots definitely make a statement, especially in Florida, where the shoe of choice is reserved for sandals all day, everyday. I made my look a little more feminine with a blush pink puffer vest and bag, a KJP bow bracelet, and, the best blanket scarf EVER.

P.S. my scarf is currently on sale for buy one, get one 50% off...so grab one for you and your bestie!
