Not another #NSale Post

Since my feed has been plagued with ankle booties and blanket scarves because a certain retailer has so graciously marked down prices prior to the start of the "F" word season, I'd like to take a moment and share about something other than the #NSale. Don't get me wrong, the prices are pretty good, but geez, people. It's still July, I don't need to spend upwards of $1,000 on a wardrobe I can't wear for another 2 or 3 months (if I'm lucky).

I've been looking to downsize my current wardrobe, and this capsule wardrobe from Advice from a Twenty Something is exactly what I had in mind. While I'm definitely not purging to the point of 30 pieces, only, I do think it'd be nice to have a go-to set of items for everyday outfits, particularly for the office. I'm really diggin' the boho vibes. I'll be on the lookout for some to mix in with my workwear and help transition my closet back to something I love!

  1. I totally agree with you! I appreciate some of the #Nsale inspiration, but when it's 100 degrees every day in Georgia, I can't get excited about it. Love the capsule (for work only in my opinion!) looks!!
