Disney recently invited me to experience the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, happening now through November 12 at Walt Disney World. They kindly provided me tickets and a few special amenities to enjoy at the festival. Opinions on the festival and my experience are my own.

What pairs well with a beautiful day at Epcot? Food and wine! One of my favorite events at Walt Disney World, the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, is back now through November 12. Sip, savor and stroll your way through countries and their cuisine exclusive to the festival.

Make sure you grab a passport on your way in to explore all the options. There's so many food and beverages to choose from, and something for every palette.

Jesse is definitely more adventurous than I am when it comes to trying new foods, so it was no surprise when he opted for the Jerk Spiced Chicken Lollipop with Roasted Sweet Plantain Salad and Mango Chutney Yogurt. You can find this tropical treat at Islands of the Caribbean near Disney Traders, towards the start of the World Showcase.

Next, we went for a classic with a twist. The New England Lobster Roll, located at Hops and Barley at The American Adventure, was definitely our favorite of the day. It's Warm Lobster with Fresh Herb Mayonnaise served on a Griddled Roll. Melt-in-your-mouth good!

I can't turn down a Belgian waffle, so for dessert, I grabbed a Belgian Waffle with Berry Compote and Whipped Cream from Belgium, located near Morocco. This was the berry best way to end our excursion, and had the right amount of sweet to satisfy my craving!

These are just a few of the many selections available at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival. Whether you're a first-timer or a frequent of the festival, there's truly so much to take in, savor and enjoy! I will surely be returning to sample some more dishes and drinks very soon.

Thanks again to Disney for providing the tickets to this event!
